You have to deprive yourself to be healthy.
Spoiler Alert: You don’t. There’s a rumor running around that healthy food has to be bland, boring and devoid of all joy. Nothing could be further from the truth. There’s also a common belief that you need to be skinny to be the healthiest version of you possible. Also not true! True health starts at the cellular level, and that is where we focus in the 12 Week Metabolism Reboot Program.

If you “eat less & move more”, you'll “lose the weight”.
First off, we don’t focus on weight. We focus on what you’re made of, literally (and figuratively, I suppose). We focus on building a stronger body with a healthy ratio of body fat to lean muscle. I’m probably the one and only doc you’ll know who in many cases wants you to GAIN weight! The metabolism-stoking and health-optimizing kind found in your muscles. We also focus on building bone, not dieting which obliterates the minerals within.

There must be something “wrong with” you if you’re not getting results.
This line of thinking stems from the limiting beliefs we develop as a result of living in a society that tells women at every turn that we’re doing “it” wrong. This repetitive messaging makes us actually believe something is wrong with “us” as a result.
