The next Jumpstart kicks off Saturday 09/27 when our community doors open. We'll have an orientation call the following Saturday 10/04. I'm a metabolic health strategist who’s spent decades helping people understand how their bodies actually work—so they can stop chasing trends and start building real, lasting health. Today, my focus is on women navigating the shifts of menopause and beyond—because I’m living it, too.
